Kecia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (MD, DC, GA), a Holistic Restoration Coach, and an ordained minister who serves as a bridge between the clinical couch and the spiritual altar. As the founder of Olive Tree Wellness Center, she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at United Theological Seminary. Kecia specializes in trauma recovery for high-achieving women, providing a dedicated space to navigate the deep impacts of emotional neglect caused by “Mother Wounds.” By untangling patterns of perfectionism and identity struggles, she helps women reclaim their unique voice and self-worth. Through her signature program, Repurposed Trauma Care, she utilizes a three-pillar framework of trauma education, evidence-based coping strategies, and the redemptive grace of Jesus to anchor the healing process. Driven by her philosophy to “counsel to overcome and coach to become,” Kecia meets clients where they are to restore the Image of God within. A native Washingtonian, she is a proud wife of 36 years, mother of 3 sons, and doting grandmother.
